Projects that shaped the way we work

Each engagement here started as a specific problem - a gap between where someone was and where they needed to be. What follows is a record of how we approached those problems, one client at a time.

Case studies from real engagements

Three projects, three different starting points - each required a different structure to move forward.

Structured Learning Path Design

A client needed a clear progression from basic literacy to applied skills in under 14 weeks. We mapped competency gaps first, then built a week-by-week plan that adjusted after each session based on what actually stuck.

One-on-One Skill Development Programme

Working with a professional switching industries, we designed a programme around 4 core transferable skills. Sessions were short and focused - 45 minutes, twice weekly - with written feedback after every meeting.

Mentorship

Remote Professional Mentorship Engagement

A client based in a different time zone needed flexible access to expert guidance. We structured asynchronous check-ins alongside 2 live sessions per month, keeping momentum without rigid scheduling.

What people said after working with us

The plan felt like it was built for me specifically - not a template with my name swapped in. After the first three sessions I had a clearer picture of what I actually needed to practise.

Remote delivery worked better than I expected. The written feedback after each session was genuinely useful - I could refer back to it during the week between meetings.

I came in expecting a standard curriculum. Instead we spent the first session figuring out where I actually was, not where I thought I was. That honesty saved weeks of going in the wrong direction.

How each project actually begins

Before any plan is written, there is a conversation. Not a sales call - a genuine attempt to understand what the client has already tried and why it did not hold.

01 An intake session maps current ability against stated goals - this takes 60 minutes and surfaces gaps that are not always obvious upfront.
02 A draft plan is shared within 48 hours. The client reviews it and pushes back on anything that does not fit their schedule or priorities.
03 Work begins with the understanding that the plan will change. Sessions are reviewed every 3 weeks and adjusted based on what is actually progressing.
